Someone started a thread on ebay about getting a note in their buying account that ebay is now offering them phone support.
I PMed Live Support and got the run around for well over an hour. (imagine that)
The Live rep was named Jayson and according to him, everyone will be getting this notice over time. He also said they are getting hammered with feedback complaints and the feedback department is looking at posible changes to calm the firestorm.
Of course, all that from an ebay empoyee..so take it with a grain of salt.
